HELL

HELL joined One Syndications as a maiden, bought for $35,000 at an Inglis Digital sale out of Kerrin McEvoy's stable.

He repaid that many times over: eight wins and twelve placings from 27 starts, and $360,855 in prize money. Trained in Brisbane by Tony Gollan, he worked his way up to benchmark 85 company and became a regular at Eagle Farm, Doomben and the Gold Coast.

He has since been sold on, and he remains the clearest example of what we go looking for — a sound, honest horse with far more ability than its price tag.
